Akin Oluwadare Jnr is a life coach, leadership trainer and relationship strategist. He is a banker with over twenty years experience.  He is a principal consultant at T4 Legacy Consulting Limited and a leadership coach at Akinjnr Leadership Academy. He convened Aramoko Socio-Economic Summit and he is a trustee to Aramoko Socio-Economic Empowerment Initiative. Akin is an inspirational writer and author. He has published three inspirational books, My Thoughts, Winning Strategies and Feathers of Hope.

Through his daily teachings and weekly write ups, Akin has helped a lot of people discover their potential. He is married to his best friend, Ayorinde, and their marriage is blessed with children.
